WhiteRock Capital Partners LLP is comprised of consortium partners WhiteRock Finance Limited and Clarendon Fund Managers. Whiterock Capital Partners LLP has £60m of funds under management through its two funds (1) Growth Loan Fund II (£30m) (successor to GLF) and (2) Growth Finance Fund (£30m).
Whiterock Capital Partners LLP has £60m of funds under management through its two funds (1) Growth Loan Fund II (£30m) (successor to GLF) and (2) Growth Finance Fund (£30m). Whiterock Capital Partners LLP provides loans of between £100,000 and £2,000,000 to Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). Loans will be made to businesses that can demonstrate sales and profitability growth or growth potential. The Fund is targeting businesses with export potential which are mainly in the manufacturing, engineering or tradable services sectors. The Funds operate on a fully commercial basis. Finance for the Growth Loan Fund II has been provided by Invest NI, partly through the European Regional Development Fund. Finance for the Growth Finance Fund has been provided by Invest NI, British Business Bank and a private investor.

WhiteRock Finance Limited was formed in 2015 by the Senior Investment Management team of WhiteRock Capital Partners LLP in order to successfully buy out previous partners.

Clarendon Fund Managers

Clarendon Fund Managers Limited is a venture capital fund manager based in Belfast, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Clarendon manage £42.5m of regional VC Funds in Northern Ireland including the £30m Co-Investment Fund. Clarendon has invested in over 60 companies since investing in 2001.
